Radiant Dance - Empower, Heal, and Strengthen through Dance!
In Yoga Dance, we practice our yoga by setting our bodies free to move to the music. 
 
A typical session starts with a gentle warm up consisting of simple Yoga poses. We gradually move into various types of dances to the music from all over the world. The session ends with a relaxation period that leaves the energy centers of the body aligned and balanced.
 
Yoga Dance sessions are offered in various length depending on your needs. Yoga Dance is best when danced barefoot to allow a more organic connection to the surface and hence, the earth's energy.
